NEW WORKSHOPS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES

Complex Care Group and the NZ Federation of Disability Information Centres are pleased to advise that we have been contracted to provide a series of facilitated workshops for disabled people, tāngata whaikaha Maori, Pasifika disabled and family, whanau, aiga, via Zoom. These hui will promote information exchange and sharing of personal experiences.

The first workshop will be held on Wednesday 28th June at 12 noon.   The discussion topic is Enabling Good Lives (EGL). We will explore what EGL is, how it came about, the Principles of EGL and how they will impact on all disabled people, and how EGL might look in the near future.
